Heading The Training and Placement Cell of KE’S RIT Polytechnic Pune, controls campus placements of diploma students. Our role in student's life is to provide top career opportunities to our students. In this competitive environment, focused on providing value based knowledge, entrepreneurial skills and the aptitude required for youth to excel in their employment, or as entrepreneurs or even for them to continue their education leading to a degree program with professional excellence. Training & Placement department finds a crucial role to achieve industrial requirement and student's expectation. Training and Placement includes Preparation of CV, Aptitude Tests, Interview Techniques, Team Building 

We try to connect with as many companies as possible for placement of students. We have a healthy relationship with recruiters to fulfill the industrial demand through our campus placement activity. The Placement Cell provides complete support to the visiting companies at every stage of placement process. Arrangements for Pre-Placement Talks, Written Tests, Interviews and Group Discussions are made as per the requirement of the visiting companies.
